RETURNS POLICY

Please choose your purchases carefully as we can not provide a refund if you change your mind. If you change your mind before your order has been shipped out then a 10% admin fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.

If for any reason the product is faulty, we will either repair or replace this for you. If we are unable to do so we will then issued you a refund. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

If your order is incorrect in any way, please let us know ASAP so we can sort this out for you.

Your privacy is very important to us at Paws and Claws Manawatu and your details are kept confidential at all times!

The information we collect and store in our 'Orders" files includes your name, home or work address, delivery address, phone number and email address. We are unable to access any of your payment details as this is done via a secure gateway.

The details stated above are stored in our "Orders" file and are only used to send out your orders and kept so if we need to obtain your contact information for any reason we are able to do so.
