SHIPPING POLICY

Whilst we do our best in ensure that all items are available there maybe times that we have not been able to update the website in time due to selling in store and items may need to be ordered in. We will imform you if this affects your order and we will dispatch as soon as possilbe.

The courier picks up Monday - Friday and most orders placed before 12pm will go out the same day. For live items, please see our Live Shipping Policy

We are using a mix of NZ Post and Post Haste and this will be decided by us upon creating a label and you will be notified by email with the tracking information to the email address provided, with regular updates until delivery. For non live items, expected delivery is overnight business days for North Island and 2 business days for South Island however please allow a few extra days for any rural deliveries.

Sorry we can not ship to destinations outside of New Zealand .
