Pre-Orders:
Pre-orders for live aquatic plants can be placed at any time, either online or in-store.
Order Cut-Off:
To manage shipments and ensure freshness, all live plant pre-orders must be submitted by Saturday each week. Orders received after this cut-off will be processed the following week.
Availability:
Live plants are subject to availability and seasonal variations. We strive to provide you with the best possible stock.
Pickup/Delivery:
Once your live plants arrive, we will notify you promptly for pickup or delivery arrangements.
Care and Handling:
Live aquatic plants are delicate. We recommend handling them carefully and following care instructions to maintain their health and longevity.
